Karin Wagner, CEO & Founder

Karin has been associated with thoroughbreds for over ten years as an owner. Some years ago she completed her certification as an ESMT (Equine Sports Massage
Therapist). For over 20 years Karin was a partner in a small computer applications consulting firm. She now teaches in her local public school district.
Karin lives in Walnut Creek, CA with her beloved Bernese Mountain dog "Blaze."
Lynda Noxon-House, Board President

Lynda is a retired workers' compensation insurance specialist. She divides her time between Riverside, CA and Schroon Lake, NY in the Adirondacks. Lynda
is happiest when either in a casino or on the race track. She lives with her best friend Chris and an array of very spoiled cats.
Nicole Rawnsley Schwartz, Southern California Area Director

Nicole runs our Somis, CA hunter-jumper and dressage training facility at Kimberlee Farms as well as being a liaison
with the southern California tracks. Nicole’s background has been Hunter/Jumpers and dressage with starting young horses.
She has five years of specialty veterinary, equine and emergency/critical care experience. Recently Nicole showed rescue "Stone Cold Angel
- Noah" in his first dressage show, in which he won both classes. Nicole’s passion is to gracefully and successfully transistion thoroughbreds
into second careers. Nicole lives in Agoura Hills, CA with numerous rescue dogs and her husband, Rick.
Ingrid Nuernberg, Director

Ingrid began attending the races at Santa Anita Park with her parents at the age of eight. Early on, she developed a system of handicapping that consisted of pick
ing the horse with the prettiest name; a system she still uses, with some degree of success, to this day.
Ingrid would like it known that the only girl scout merit badge she ever earned was the horsewoman badge. Ingrid works
in the entertainment business in Los Angeles and is a member of SAG (Screen Actors Guild). She lives in North Hollywood, California with her black cat Ariel.
Hon. Chris Willmon, Director

Chris has had a life-long interest in horses. She is an accomplished rider and honed her riding skills while studying at university in Ireland.
As an attorney and now a judge Chris brings a wealth of experience to the Board, particularly with respect to our legal contracts and agreements.
Chris resides in Riverside, California with her best friend Lynda and their cherished cats.
Leah Bullen, Director

Leah has always been an avid horsewoman and competed in show in her younger days. She has taken many years off from horses as she was raising twin daugthers and a son while
working full-time in the banking industry and is currently Vice President-Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors managing retirement portfolios. Leah resides in Walnut Creek
with her husband Scott and Bernese Mountain dog "Bear."
